Ringing in the New Year!

We are excited to start off 2022 strong with an amazing group of employees and a lot of growth toward our company! The Howard Center received the Ethics in Business Award from the Chamber of Commerce. We have also officially launched our new Howard Center Website, so be sure to check it out!

      Excellence Awards

      Howard Diet: Katie MoonKatie works in our Albany office. She has shown out this month with how well she deals with her patients and getting the exact care that they need. She shows compassion and is very professional. I couldn’t be more proud of Katie this month! A huge shoutout and thank you goes to her for everything she does for our office!
      WCAS: Mia AdairWith our challenging nursing shortage, Mia has stepped up without hesitation and is filling in as the team lead on her shift. She stays focused and the patients are her priority. Mia works hard and is very dependable. She is an asset to the surgery center.
      Marketing: Callie TuckerThank you for always going above and beyond what’s expected of you! Your work and dedication is outstanding – we really appreciate you and blessed to have you part of our UOG Family.
      Insurance: Tiffany JacksonTiffany is dedicated to her job and works hard to make sure all of our WCAS surgeries are prec-certed. This month she took on precerting The Howard Center’s hospital cases and is doing a terrific job. I know I can count on Tiffany to ensure her job is done in a timely and correct manner. Tiffany is a great asset to our team and we appreciate her hard work.
      TWC: Janet DuarteJanet is new to our staff and has done an amazing job at the front desk! She is a quick learner and is always willing to help out where it is needed. She is more than willing to translate for our Spanish speaking patients, and does whatever is needed of her even if it is outside her job title. No matter what job I give her, I know it will get done fast and correctly. We love having her as part of the team!
      Provider: Dina HerrenDina has been with our Tifton Women’s Center for over 8 years! Looking at all of her reviews, Dina is amazing, informative, sweet and kind. She is so knowledgeable in Obstetrics and Gynecology. We are so proud of you Dina and are so glad to have you at the Howard Center for Women’s Health!
      OB Nursing: Kayla KingKayla King- Thank you for all your hard work and dedication. She has improved so much in so many areas to help OB be better. She is always willing to do whatever it takes to help everyone in any way she can. Thank you so much for all your teamwork and positive energy. She shows so much compassion towards our patients and they love her dearly . So Proud of you!!!!
      Manager: Jessi RiceJessi just recently got promoted to the Ultrasound Manager position and she has accomplished a lot in a short period of time. We’ve been short handed in the Ultrasound Department lately and she used all of her resources and found not one but two to hire. She’s an outstanding leader who is always looking out for our company and our patients.
      We are extremely grateful to have her as part of our team! Thank you Jessi for your dedication!!!
      Ultrasound: Leah RossLeah is an outstanding member of our team! She is always willing to help wherever is needed. She travels without hesitation to our satellite offices. She always has a positive attitude and everyone enjoys working with her!
      Front Desk: Trisha ButlerTrisha is such a team player and has been awesome at finding errors and fixing them. She truly does the role of so many job titles and has gone above and beyond this month! I couldn’t have done this without her!

      Erika Moore is amazing. She goes over and beyond for her patient, She’s eager to learn and she loves to travel to the outside locations. I can always count on Erika to come in if we are short nurses and she does it with a smile on her face. Erika’s name is always on our surveys. We are so lucky to have you on our team!!!
