Manager: Kristin MerrittNo one knows how much Kristin does, she not only handles all of our Human Resources issues, but prepares and does all the HIPAA training for new employees, and does ALL the credentialing which takes innumerable hours with several hospitals. That is enough to earn her a shining star every month but she has actually stepped up to help cover our business administration duties while Melisa is on maternity leave. All this without complaining! Kristin is an exceptionally gifted organizer, an outstanding manager, and a remarkable human being. God blessed us greatly with her.
Provider: Michelle PierceMichelle has been with Tifton Women’s Center since 2009 with specialty in wellness exams, general obstetrics as well as multiple in office procedures. She loves helping her patients! Her reviews are always very complimentary. We are blessed to have her as part of the UOG family. Thank you Michelle!!
WCAS: Shanna EvansShanna is a hard working, dedicated Scrub Tech for the surgery center. She is always willing to help out wherever she is needed without complaining. She is a true asset for WCAS. Thank you Shanna!
Howard Diet: Brandy GarciaBrandy does a great job at keeping the Tifton Howard Diet going. She works hard to make sure every patient is taken care of and makes sure all inventory, food and medical, is stocked. She also handles FMLA for ALL of our offices. She bends over backwards, speaking to providers and patients, to make sure everything is taken care of for them to submit the claim correctly. Brandy is such an asset to the Howard Center and I am beyond grateful to have her on my team!
Ultrasound: Kaytlyn VarnadoeEveryone has a purpose in life, a unique gift or special talent to give to others. Providing the best care to our patients through diagnostic ultrasound paired with her bubbly, infectious personality is what makes Kaytlyn the incredible employee she is. She is so deserving of this recognition.
TWC: Tracie McDonaldTracie works our front desk doing charges. But one thing about Tracie is she will always help wherever is needed with no questions asked. Tracie is quick to jump in to help answer questions, phone calls, and help other girls up front. Tracie always has such a positive attitude towards our patients and her coworkers. We are so thankful to have her at our office!
Marketing: Ashley WilliamsThank you for your tremendous help on training new Marketers and building our Warner Robins office. Thank you for your diligence, hard work, and early mornings! Excellent work! Blessed to have you on our UOG team!
Insurance: Kelsie BlackKelsi is accountable and reliable to any tasks given to her. She puts forth her full effort daily to complete her job. Kelsi values her work and always shows kindness and respect to every person she interacts with. The insurance department is fortunate to have Kelsi on our team!
Front Desk: Emily LukeEmily has truly stepped up this past month and taken on huge responsibilities. She has been a great leader to new hires and hasn’t complained once about me giving her more and more tasks. Glad to have her on my team!
