      CONGRATULATIONS to our Employees of the Month for April!

      Tifton Woman’s Center: Becky RossBecky goes out of her way to make sure our office is as good as it can be. She even mops the floors when she sees something is dirty! Tifton Woman’s Center thrives because of employees like her going the extra mile to help wherever it is needed. We appreciate everything she does at TWC and our office would not be the same without her!
      Marketing: Shannon QueenShannon accomplished getting into Blue Bird which is a company we have tried to do a Lunch and Learn with since Warner Robins office opened. Shannon is a new Warner Robins Marketer who has been with us for 3 months now and pulled this off her first month in the field. I can’t express how much I appreciate your efforts. It’s great to have someone like you as an asset on the UOG team!
      Provider: Savannah Ross, FNP-CCongratulations to our very own Savannah Ross for winning the Provider Excellence Award! Savannah has been part of our family for almost one year. She has excelled in her performance and taken care of many OB patients! Sometimes it gets crazy in the OB clinic but Savannah goes with the flow! Thank you for being a part of our UOG Family!
      Ultrasound Tech: Brittany AppersonThis month, Brittany received numerous compliments from patients remarking on the excellent care she provided them, making their visit extra-special. She goes the extra mile to ensure each patient has an exceptional visit. Brittany is kind, compassionate and dependable. She willingly traveled to our main office this month to work. Brittany not only is our ultrasound tech in Moultrie, she also plays the role as the medical assistant as well. Jill remarked that a patient acknowledged how comfortable & at ease Brittany made her feel when doing her ultrasound. We highly acknowledge her efforts and appreciate her dedication to this company.
      Insurance: Kelsi BlackKelsi has gone above and beyond this past month helping with lab bill issues. Each time Kesli or I received an email regarding lab issues Kelsi has addressed the issue and got it resolved very quickly. I have received compliments from another manager this month on Kelsi and her willingness to help her with tasks, and doing it with a cheerful attitude. Kelsi has a true commitment to her job and it shows in the quality of her work.
      Howard Diet: Gracie BrumfieldGracie Brumfield would be the employee of the month for Diet/Nursing. She has been a team player and never complains about anything. She has been traveling to Albany to fill in until the position is filled and helps everywhere that is needed. Gracie also helps with FMLA when possible and is always willing to lend a helping hand without saying “that’s not her job.” When you need her, she is there. No questions asked.
      OB Nurse: Cassandra WindomThank you so much for your hard work and dedication. Thank you for going above and beyond this past month in any way you can to help in our OB office. Patients brag so much on how she brings them so much laughter and excitement to their visits. You ROCK!!
      WCAS: Jade TomlinsonJade Tomlinson has stepped up in the past month in her area. She has helped train employees and came up with a better way of ordering supplies in her area. She has been doing what is asked of her without any complaints. Thank you Jade for being a team player.
      Nurse: Kaitlyn NormanKaitlyn Norman is reliable, honest and trustworthy. Kaitlyn travels to the outside clinics when needed and she travels to do our Urodynamics. Kaitlyn has volunteered to train our new nurses. Kaitlyn is amazing. We are so lucky to have her a part of our team!!
      Manager: Melisa NewellManager Excellence Award for April goes to Melisa Newell.
      This past month Melisa has stayed late every night to do all the extra duties that normally fall under our Social Media Director. She made sure we had MK purses and corrected the inventory, took over the newsletter, and kept up with the EOM awards! The BIGGEST reason why she deserves this award this month…she did all of this WITHOUT EVER BEING ASKED to do it….that is HUGE!!!
      As usual she saw a problem and fixed it!!!! Extremely grateful to have such an excellent manager like Melisa!

      Sabrina has surely outdone herself through the month of April. She has worked so hard and diligently to ensure her job is done. Sabrina has received the MOST compliments from our patients this month, 15 personal shout outs to be exact! Her patients have given her so many titles as in being pleasant, easy to talk to, outstanding, sweet, amazing, friendly, very inviting, great, phenomenal, knowledgeable, informative and having an awesome personality. GREAT EXAMPLES of what our employees should be at all times. One of our patients was unsure if her insurance would be covered and was blown away at the fact that Sabrina helped her throughout the process to verify and confirm. Others have mentioned her having such a warm greeting in the office and over the phone. I am completely humbled she is a part of our front office team at UOG, and I cannot wait to see all of her accomplishments.
