She has gone above and beyond this month. She prepares for each day so that it is able to run as smoothly as possible. She sent new patient paperwork packets out to all of our new patients on the schedule days before they got to the office so that our patients had time to fill them out before coming. This was a HUGE HELP! It made the wait times less and helped that rest of the clinic staff get a head start! She definitely shined bright this month! The Lawrenceville office makes a great team! And so far he’s not complained about it! I’m super grateful for Paulo this month and how he handled wearing multiple hats!!! Our “Boujee room” wouldn’t look the same without his input!
