A Little Motivation

“You don’t have to be perfect to make a difference — just passionate.”
Whether it’s a smile, a kind word, or a helping hand, what you do matters.
Every small act of kindness adds up — and you never know who needed it most. Keep being the light!

Ultrasound: Desiree MillerSince recently joining our team in Decatur, Desiree has already made a remarkable impact. She stepped up when asked to learn how to work up patients and take vitals, showing true initiative and a willingness to go above and beyond. Desiree collaborates seamlessly with team members across all locations, ensuring patients are worked up promptly, well cared for, and receive quality ultrasound services. We’re grateful to have such a dedicated and team-oriented professional on board. Thank you, Desiree, for all you do!
Provider: Chasity Fraley, FNP-BCCongratulations to Chasity Fraley NP for winning the Provider Excellence Award for April .
Chasity is the Nurse Practitioner for Warner Robins . Not only new to our practice but also helped opening our new building.
She has managed to see a very busy schedule . This has been a challenge to get to know her patients as well as the staff. She has good reviews and has reached out to other providers to fulfill patients needs.
Thank you so much for your dedication and we welcome you to our team!
Front Desk: Raven SilverI want to take a moment to recognize Raven Silver for going above and beyond throughout the month of April. She has dedicated time to traveling to our northern offices, staying for a week at a time. When she has been at our main office she has been helping train some of our new employees. Her willingness to step in wherever needed, combined with her enthusiasm and dedication, has made a tremendous impact.
Raven, thank you for jumping in wholeheartedly, bringing your expertise, and ensuring our patients are cared for with kindness and a smile. Your hard work does not go unnoticed, and we truly appreciate all that you do.
Marketer: Laura StephensLaura Stephens has truly set the bar high as the Employee of the Month for April! Her dedication and initiative have made a remarkable impact, from opening doors to schools we’ve never accessed before to securing schedules for our Northern marketers. Leading by example, she joined each team to demonstrate the excellence of in-person service, and even broke into factories we previously couldn’t reach.

Her persistence paid off—Laura confirmed 11 new factories for April and secured an impressive 14 more, booked from May through the end of summer, spanning both the North and South regions. She has consistently gone above and beyond, proving herself and determined to execute. We are incredibly grateful to have her on our team, as she continues to make extraordinary strides and elevate our success!

TWC: Shemill BanksShemill Banks. She goes way out of her “job title” to make sure our office runs smoothly. She mops, cleans out the refrigerator, cleans exam rooms, takes patients over to the hospital, the list goes on and on. We appreciate everything she does for TWC!
Nursing Department: Chasitie RobertsFor the month of April the MA employee of the month is Chasitie Roberts! We proudly recognize Chasitie for her incredible dedication and hard work. She has gone above and beyond to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and has stepped up to support her colleagues in numerous ways, whether answering calls in the call center, assisting on the floor, and helping triage all southern offices. With being our triage nurse, Chasitie continuously provides compassionate care to patients, addressing their questions and concerns with professionalism and kindness. Her commitment to excellence and teamwork has made a significant impact on our team and the patients we care for. Thank you, Chasitie, for your outstanding contributions! Your hard work and dedication does not go unnoticed.
Insurance: Vickie BlakeVickie consistently demonstrates dedication to excellence in every aspect of her role. Her kindness and understanding toward our patients, along with her willingness to step in and help wherever needed, truly set her apart. She is punctual, reliable, and a valued team member who leads by example each day.
We are incredibly fortunate to have Vickie as part of our team-congratulations and thank you for all that you do!

This month has been another incredible display of dedication from our managers, with many stepping up to fill gaps across different locations. I want to give a huge shoutout to Callie and Amber, among others, who have been tirelessly covering areas throughout Georgia to ensure everything runs smoothly. Their hard work does not go unnoticed, and as always, I deeply appreciate each and every one of you.

However, one individual has gone above and beyond in a truly remarkable way, earning the well-deserved title of Employee of the Month—Jennifer Harvin. What started as a simple idea to create a program that pre-works patients before their appointments, ensuring a smoother office experience, quickly turned into a fully realized initiative, thanks to Jennifer’s commitment and expertise.

Not only has she been traveling extensively to help in multiple locations, but she also took this concept and transformed it into a fully operational program in record time. She stayed in Tifton for two weeks, working long hours, refining the system, and ensuring its successful implementation. Her ability to take a vision and make it a reality in less than a week is truly outstanding.

Jennifer was already on my radar for Employee of the Month due to her extensive efforts in marketing and team coordination while consistently stepping in where needed. But this achievement—turning a fleeting idea into a fully functional program—solidified her selection.

Her work has been nothing short of incredible, and I cannot thank her enough for the dedication and effort she has poured into this. The program is up and running beautifully, and its success is a direct result of her passion and determination. Kudos to Jennifer for going above and beyond in every way!

This month, we’re proud to recognize Amy Atkins as our Employee of the Month. Amy is always my right hand, but this month she has truly gone above and beyond. She traveled to Covington to cover in WCAS and has taken on the challenge of learning how to handle colpos and consults. She even came in on her days off and skipped personal appointments to make sure she was prepared and available when we needed her most.

In addition to all that, Amy volunteered to represent The Howard Center at Ruth’s Cottage when they were short on volunteers—on her one Saturday off. She even came in that morning, completed a couple of cases, and then went straight there to serve the community.

Her dedication, compassion, and willingness to step up in every way truly make her stand out. Thank you, Amy—we appreciate you more than words can say!
