Employee Excellence Awards and Our Shining Star!
Kaylee consistently demonstrates exceptional clinical skill, attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to patient care. She understands that mammography is more than a diagnostic exam — it can be an emotional and vulnerable experience for our patients. She approaches every interaction with compassion, professionalism, and reassurance, helping patients feel comfortable and supported during their visit.
In addition to delivering high-quality imaging and maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards, she plays a vital role in keeping workflow efficient and organized. She is dependable, proactive, and always willing to assist teammates to ensure our department runs smoothly.
Her positive attitude, dedication to excellence, and genuine care for our patients reflect the very best of our organization. She is truly deserving of this recognition.
When a WCAS situation arose, Danielle didn’t hesitate. She was called and immediately responded with, “How can I help?” That attitude alone speaks volumes about her character and commitment. But what she did next is what truly defines her as exceptional.
After working her own full schedule and supporting her Health Fair, Danielle received a call at 3:00 p.m. asking if she could travel to Lawrenceville to pick up a critical part needed to keep Tifton WCAS running. Without hesitation, she went. She drove from Lawrenceville to Tifton, and then from Tifton back to Lawrenceville getting in at 2:30am all in the same day—simply to ensure that our WCAS department did not have to shut down.
Because of Danielle’s dedication, not a single case had to be cancelled. Her actions ensured that the next day ran smoothly and that our patients received uninterrupted care. Her willingness, reliability, and heart for this team are exactly why she shines so brightly this month.
Danielle, thank you for going above and beyond in a way that truly embodies what teamwork and commitment look like.
She went above and beyond by driving all over town to track down the parts needed for the Tifton office—staying late, making multiple stops, and refusing to give up until she found exactly what we needed. Her determination ensured our office could keep running smoothly, and her commitment did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Delnitha, for your resilience, your hard work, and your willingness to step in wherever you’re needed. Your dedication to this team is truly appreciated.
✨ Jessica Whitley
Jessica stepped up in a major way when we faced significant equipment issues. She stayed late, came in early, coordinated with multiple people, and did everything in her power to get us back up and running. None of this was in her job description, yet she handled it with determination and grace. Her dedication is the definition of going above and beyond.

✨ Kristin Merritt
Kristin has essentially been doing two jobs—her own and the full hiring/interviewing process for all our managers. She has carried an enormous workload with no complaints and no shortcuts. Her consistency, reliability, and commitment to keeping our teams staffed and supported make her incredibly deserving of this recognition.
—
✨ Jennifer Harvin
Jennifer delivered the strongest February we’ve ever had, all while helping open our new location. She spent weeks away from home to ensure everything was done correctly and that our team was set up for success. Her sacrifice, leadership, and relentless work ethic made a tremendous impact, and we are deeply grateful.
—
✨ Emily Torres
Emily has spent weeks up north opening our Athens office, working tirelessly as the MA manager to get everything in place. She has pushed through long days, staffing challenges, and the pressure of launching a new practice—all while keeping operations moving forward. Her dedication and resilience have been extraordinary.

✨ Mandy Tomberlin, FNP-C
Mandy has faced every hurdle imaginable as our Nurse Practitioner Manager throughout the month of February. She has stepped in on her days off, tackled issues from every direction, and handled an overwhelming number of challenges with grace and determination. I cannot thank her enough for the countless problems she has resolved and the steady leadership she has shown. She goes above and beyond in every way, and she is truly deserving of being recognized as February’s Employee of the Month.
There was simply no way to pick just one. Each of these managers showed exceptional leadership in completely different ways, and every one of them played a critical role in our success.
I am incredibly proud of this team. Their willingness to step up, support each other, and do whatever it takes is what makes our organization strong. They are all truly deserving of this recognition.
Recently, when a major piece of equipment unexpectedly went down, Heather and Liz went above and beyond to ensure our patients were still able to receive the care they needed. They stayed at the center until midnight working tirelessly to make sure everything was prepared so cases could continue the following day.
Not only did they put in the extra hours, but they also arrived early and traveled to another location to help keep surgeries on schedule. Because of their dedication and teamwork, many patients were able to avoid rescheduling, missing additional work, or delaying their care.
Their commitment to our patients and to each other truly reflects the heart of WCAS. Heather and Liz demonstrated the kind of teamwork, ownership, and patient-first mindset that makes our center exceptional.
Thank you both for your hard work and dedication. We are incredibly grateful to have you on our team.
It’s time to celebrate an individual who reminds us that “teamwork” isn’t just a buzzword—it’s an action. This month, we are breaking tradition and looking outside our immediate department to honor someone who has undeniably impacted our daily operations.
Idali Ayala has consistently proven that she is more than just a colleague; she is a cornerstone of our success. While she manages her own responsibilities with excellence, she didn’t stop there. When the Medical Assistants at Main faced a heavy workload, Idali didn’t wait to be asked—she stepped up. Even though working up patients and cleaning rooms isn’t in her official job description, Idali jumped into action the moment she saw her peers in need. She absolutely has that patient-first mentality our company is built on. Whether it’s a surgical patient or a routine visit, Idali ensures every person who walks through our doors receives top-tier care.
Her compassion and dedication also recently made a meaningful difference in the life of one of our patients. Idali made sure a patient was not forgotten, helping give her hope for better health and answers to her ongoing health issues. The patient later praised Idali for her kindness and professionalism, sharing that Idali made her feel heard and truly cared for. Moments like these remind us that the impact of great healthcare goes far beyond clinical care—Idali positively impacted this patient in a way that will not be forgotten.
Her willingness to help on the floor has not only lightened the load for our MAs but has also boosted the morale of the entire clinic. Idali saw her peers in need of assistance and jumped into action. For that, we are incredibly grateful and we know our patients are, too.
Idali, thank you for your initiative, your kindness, and your “can-do” spirit. You are a shining example of what it means to be a true healthcare professional. You are absolutely amazing, keeping going above and beyond because you are noticed and appreciated!
