Our Insurance Department is the best, we guarantee it!

This month we have to give some extra appreciation to our Insurance Department! These ladies work so hard every day behind the scenes making sure our patients are taken care of. They may not see patients directly, but they work just as hard to make sure patients are taken care of. Our office would not be able to run without them. We have thank them a little extra this month for working hard to make sure everything flows smoothly.

      Excellence Awards

      Ultrasound: Kelly SmithKelly is absolutely amazing at her job! She comes to work everyday and goes above and beyond her job title. She will help work up patients, answer calls up front when the front desk is busy, order supplies for the office and help diet when they need it on top of handling her ultrasounds! She is such a hard worker and her patients just love her!
      Insurance: Hope MathisHope has been a huge team player this month! She has helped cover the collections position in addition to her daily duties and does so with a positive attitude and a smile on her face. We are grateful to have Hope on our team!
      Nurse / Howard Diet: Brandy GarciaBrandy always goes above and beyond, making sure everything in the Tifton Diet Center is taken care of. Brandy is a very hard and dependable worker. She even came in on her days off this month with no complaints when we were low on staff. She keeps our Tifton location running! She is so deserving of this award!
      TWC: Maria RebollarMaria has so many hats that she fills because she loves to make TWC run smooth. She cares about what she does and the employees that serve. We are SO blessed to have Maria!
      Building Maintenance: Irma GarciaIrma always does an outstanding job and is always willing to help!! Thank you so much!
      Nursing: Bernadette (Bonnie) DixonAs a nurse Bonnie, shows outstanding performance toward her patients and co-workers. Bonnie has a positive influence on her co-workers and she is always willing to jump in at any time. Bonnie’s diligence and dedication goes beyond the call of duty. Bonnie has a positive attitude. Her patients always speak highly of her in surveys. Thank you for your extraordinary nursing dedication Bonnie. We are lucky to have you as a part of our team!!!!
      Provider: Jill BullardJill Bullard is an exceptional NP at our Moultrie office! She has been a member of UOG for 4 years. She works very hard and takes pride in her work. She is very knowledgeable in hormone therapy and her patients love her dearly. She is always available to patients and staff. She loves helping people and her reviews show this! We are blessed to have her as part of the UOG family!
      Manager: Kristin MerrittShe has AGAIN been overworked and overwhelmed with multiple tasks! She has dealt with every single personnel issue of 250 employees on top of trying to deal with the hiring process. If that wasn’t enough, she also has to deal with getting new physician credentials with hospital. PLUS, she does our payroll! She is actually doing 3 people’s jobs at this time and has NEVER complained about it. This company is blessed to have her!
      Front Desk: Taylor TurnerTaylor has been very dependable. She was placed into a position with little training and dove right in. She is willing to accept changes, and does so well. This month she has truly gone above and beyond to make sure her job is being done correctly!
      Marketing: Niki PowellNiki is such a ray of light every single day!! She is so deserving of this award because she always goes above and beyond with everything that she does from the surgery center to marketing to day to day duties within the Howard Center. She always strives to go the extra mile to ensure that our patients feel like family and has taken on so much here lately to make sure the Howard Center shines everyday!
